Peel the bananas and mash them thoroughly until smooth.
In a medium saucepan, whisk the eggs and milk together until well combined.
Place the saucepan over low to medium heat, stirring constantly to prevent curdling.
Slowly add the mashed bananas to the milk and egg mixture while stirring continuously.
Cook gently for about 8–10 minutes until the mixture thickens to a custard-like consistency. Avoid boiling.
Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before serving.
