Introduction:
This rich and buttery brioche bread pudding transforms simple ingredients into a decadent dessert or comforting treat. The combination of golden butter, caramelized brown sugar, and sweet corn syrup coats soft, airy brioche slices, creating a luscious texture that melts in your mouth. Perfect for cozy evenings or special occasions, this dish is surprisingly easy to make yet impressively indulgent.

Ingredients:

½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter

1 cup packed brown sugar

2 tablespoons light corn syrup

Brioche or challah bread, thinly sliced (about ½ inch thick) from one loaf

How to make:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in the brown sugar and corn syrup until the mixture is smooth and bubbling.

Arrange the sliced brioche bread in a greased baking dish. Pour the butter-sugar mixture evenly over the bread, allowing it to soak in.

Bake for 25–30 minutes until the top is caramelized and golden, and the bread pudding is set but still soft inside.

Let it cool slightly before serving.
