Golden Ginger-Garlic Onion Paste for Everyday Cooking

Roughly chop the onion, ginger, and garlic.

Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor: onion, ginger, garlic, oil, and salt.

Blend until a smooth paste forms. Scrape down the sides as needed.

If too thick, add 1–2 tablespoons of water gradually to help it blend.

Transfer the paste to a saucepan and cook over medium heat for 8–10 minutes, stirring often, until the raw smell disappears and the mixture turns golden.

Let it cool completely before storing.
