Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak cubes with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
Add steak to skillet and cook 3-4 minutes, turning to brown all sides. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
Add heavy cream, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for 3-4 minutes. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
Toss cooked pasta in the sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed to reach desired consistency.
Stir steak bites into the pasta mixture until combined.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
