Ingredients:
5 cups broccoli florets
1 apple, cored and diced
1 pear, cored and diced
¼ cup finely chopped red onion
½ cup toasted sunflower seeds or chopped walnuts
½ cup dried cranberries or raisins
½ cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon honey
Salt and pepper, to taste
How to make:
In a large bowl, combine broccoli florets, diced apple, diced pear, red onion, sunflower seeds, and dried cranberries.
