Festive Christmas Tree Charcuterie Board: A Show-Stopping Holiday Centerpiece

Prepare the cheeses by cutting two blocks into small cubes, two into wedges, and the last into a star shape using a cookie cutter; cut any scraps into cubes. Keep cheeses chilled until assembly.

Find a large clean surface (about 28 x 20 inches) to assemble the board. Optionally place white parchment paper beneath for easy cleanup.

Form the base of the “Christmas tree” with green grapes arranged in long stems. Layer rosemary sprigs across the grapes and dot with red grapes. Leave a central bottom gap and fill it with pecans to represent the tree stump.

Add a cheese layer using half of the wedge shapes and two-thirds of the cheese cubes over the grapes and rosemary.

Layer half of the salami nuggets above the cheese layer.

Follow with a layer of sliced kiwi, then a layer of raspberries or Craisins.

Add another cheese layer using one-third of the remaining cubes and the remaining wedges.

Sprinkle pistachios or pumpkin seeds over the cheese, then arrange the olives at the top point of the “tree.”

Place the star-shaped cheese on the very top as the tree topper.

Spread water crackers around the base to serve as “ground.” Serve shortly after assembly — ingredients should not be left out at room temperature for more than 2 hours.
