In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and eggs until smooth.
Gradually add the milk and water, stirring to create a thin batter.
Add a pinch of salt and melted butter if using, and whisk until fully combined.
Heat a lightly greased non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Pour about ΒΌ cup of batter onto the skillet, tilting to spread evenly.
Cook for about 1-2 minutes until the edges start to lift and the bottom is lightly browned.
Flip carefully and cook the other side for another 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Remove and repeat with the remaining batter.
