Crack eggs carefully into individual compartments of a clean ice cube tray. One or two eggs per compartment depending on your preference.
Lightly beat each egg in the tray compartment to combine the whites and yolks, or leave them whole if you prefer.
Cover the ice cube tray tightly with plastic wrap or place it in an airtight container to prevent freezer odors.
Place the tray in the freezer and freeze until solid, about 4-6 hours or overnight.
Once frozen, pop the egg cubes out of the tray and transfer them into labeled freezer bags for easy storage.
