Bakery-Style Moist Banana Bread

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.

Mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth.

Add the wet ingredients: Stir in the eggs, melted butter, milk, vanilla essence, and both sugars. Mix until well combined.

Combine the dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.

Mix everything: Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the banana mixture until just combined. Do not overmix.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
