For Juice:
Wash the papaya leaves thoroughly and remove the stems.
Chop the leaves into small pieces.
Blend with a small amount of water (about ½ cup) until smooth.
Strain using a fine sieve or cheesecloth to extract the juice.
Drink 1–2 tablespoons up to twice a day as needed.
For Tea:
Boil 2 cups of water.
Add 2 fresh papaya leaves (chopped) to the boiling water.
Simmer on low heat for 10–15 minutes.
Strain and let cool slightly.
Drink warm, optionally sweetened with honey or a splash of lemon.
