Texas Firecrackers

Empty the crackers into a large resealable plastic bag.

Pour in the olive oil and gently toss or shake the bag to coat all crackers evenly.

Add the Italian seasoning and chili flakes to the bag.

Seal the bag tightly and shake it gently, turning it over repeatedly until the crackers are thoroughly coated with the spices and oil.

Leave the sealed bag at room temperature overnight, turning it occasionally to redistribute the seasoning.

Serve the Texas Firecrackers as a spicy snack, optionally with a creamy dip.
