Taco Casserole – Don’t Lose This Recipe!

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned and onion is soft. Drain any excess fat.

Stir in the taco seasoning mix, diced tomatoes, black beans, and green chilies. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Transfer the mixture into a baking dish, spreading it evenly.

Optional: top with shredded cheese or crushed tortilla chips for extra texture.

Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes until heated through and bubbling.

Let cool slightly before serving.
