Refreshing Dandelion Tea: A Natural Boost for Wellness

Collect dandelion flowers from a clean environment, avoiding areas treated with chemicals or frequented by pets.

Rinse thoroughly and trim off the green base for a milder taste if preferred.

Bring 2 cups of water to a boil, remove from heat, and add the flowers.

Cover and steep for 10 to 15 minutes.

Strain the infusion into cups and sweeten with honey or add lemon if desired.

Using dried root or leaves:

Place 1 tablespoon of dried dandelion root or leaves into a small pot with 2 cups of water.

Bring to a gentle simmer and allow to bubble softly for 10 to 15 minutes, as simmering extracts more from the roots than steeping.

Strain into a mug and add sweetener or lemon to taste.
