Ingredients
For the base:

300 g sour cream or Greek yogurt
250 ml low-fat yogurt
4 tsp agar-agar
100 ml water
3 ripe bananas
50 ml honey
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp lemon juice
50 g prunes, finely chopped
For the crunchy granola topping:
2 tbsp olive oil
300 g whole rolled oats
Nuts, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries (to taste)
1 tbsp sesame seeds
150 ml apple juice (or water)
80 ml honey
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
