Naturally Sweet Banana Oat Cake: A Flourless, Sugar-Free Delight

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a cake pan with butter or line it with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.

Add the eggs, yogurt, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Stir until well combined.

Fold in the oatmeal, grated apple, sultanas, chopped walnuts, and orange peel. Mix to form a thick batter.

Pour the mixture into the prepared cake pan and smooth the surface.

Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
