Prepare the Oats:
In a saucepan, combine rolled oats with 2 cups of water and the cinnamon stick. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes until oats are soft and cinnamon has infused the water.
Blend the Ingredients:
Remove the cinnamon stick. In a blender, combine the cooked oats, diced pineapple, and orange juice. Blend until smooth.
Sweeten and Serve:
Add raw honey to taste and blend briefly to mix. Pour into glasses and serve chilled or at room temperature.
