Irresistible Creamy Sauce for Pork Loin

Season the pork loin with salt and black pepper.

In a large skillet, brown the pork loin on all sides over medium-high heat until golden. Remove from the pan and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and garlic, sauté until soft and fragrant.

Pour in the cream, stirring to combine with the onions and garlic.

Add oregano and cumin, and let the sauce simmer gently for a few minutes until slightly thickened.

Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and fully incorporated into the sauce.

Return the pork loin to the skillet, spooning sauce over the meat. Cover and cook on low heat for about 15–20 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through and tender.

Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
