How to Revive Orchids Without Roots Using the Water Method

Trim any blackened or rotten parts of the stem with sterilized scissors.

Rinse the orchid gently under lukewarm water.

Fill a clear container with 2–3 cm of filtered water.

Place the orchid so that only the base touches the water—not submerged.

Put the container in a warm, bright location (but no direct sunlight).

Change the water every 2–3 days to prevent rot.

Wait and observe—new roots may appear in 2 to 4 weeks.
