How to Make Ginger Juice – Natural, Spicy & Refreshing!

Wash the ginger thoroughly to remove any dirt.

Peeling is optional — the skin contains nutrients too!

Chop the ginger into small chunks for easier blending.

Blend:

Add chopped ginger to a blender with water.

Blend until smooth and pulpy.

Strain:

Pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a bowl or jug.

Press or squeeze to extract all the juice.

Flavor (Optional):

Add fresh lemon juice and honey to taste.

Stir well.

Enjoy:

Drink it as is for a bold shot, dilute it with water, or add it to smoothies and teas.
