Herbal Tea:
Bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
Add 1 teaspoon of dried heartleaf or a few fresh leaves.
Cover and steep for 10 minutes.
Strain and enjoy once or twice daily.
Tincture:
Place chopped heartleaf in a glass jar.
Cover with vodka or glycerin (2:1 ratio for fresh, 5:1 for dried).
Seal and store in a cool, dark place for 4–6 weeks, shaking occasionally.
Strain and store the liquid in a dark dropper bottle. Use 1–2 ml as recommended.
Capsules/Tablets:
Follow the dosage instructions provided on the packaging, generally taken 1–2 times daily with food or water.
