Golden Garlic Butter Chicken with Parmesan Noodles

Cook the noodles:
Boil fettuccine or egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside, reserving 1–2 tablespoons of pasta water if needed for loosening later.

Prepare the chicken:
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Sear until golden and fully cooked, about 6–8 minutes. Remove and set aside.

Make the garlic butter sauce:
In the same skillet, melt 3 tablespoons of butter. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Coat the chicken:
Return chicken to the pan and stir well to coat it with garlic butter. Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.

Finish the noodles:
In a separate pan, melt 4 tablespoons of butter. Add cooked noodles and toss to coat. Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Add a splash of pasta water if needed for a silky finish.

Serve:
Plate the noodles and top with garlic butter chicken. Garnish with chopped parsley.
