Fried Mozzarella Balls / Cheese Nuggets Recipe for Kids

Cut the mozzarella cheese into bite-sized cubes.

Place the cornstarch powder in a shallow bowl.

Beat the egg in another bowl.

Coat each mozzarella cube in cornstarch, then dip into the beaten egg, and again roll in cornstarch for a crispy outer layer.

Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.

Fry the cheese balls in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Be careful not to overcrowd the pan.

Remove and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.

Serve warm with ketchup, marinara sauce, or your child’s favorite dip.
