2 tablespoons finely ground coffee (fresh or used grounds)
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (organic preferred)
1/2 cup water
Optional: a few drops of essential oil (like lavender or tea tree)
How to Prepare
Mix the coffee grounds and apple cider vinegar in a small bowl.
Slowly add water and stir until you get a paste-like consistency.
Optionally, add a few drops of your chosen essential oil for fragrance and added benefits.
How to Use
As a facial scrub: Gently massage onto damp skin in circular motions for 1-2 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Use 1-2 times per week.
As a toner: Dilute the mixture with more water (about 1 part paste to 2 parts water) and apply with a cotton pad after cleansing.
For body exfoliation: Apply to rough areas like elbows and knees, then rinse.
