Mash the avocado in a bowl until smooth.
Add flour gradually and mix until a soft dough forms.
Add a pinch of salt and optional baking powder.
Knead gently for 1–2 minutes on a floured surface.
Divide the dough into 4–6 pieces and roll into balls.
Flatten each ball into a thin round (about 5–6 mm thick).
Heat a non-stick or cast iron pan over medium heat.
Cook each flatbread for about 2–3 minutes per side, until golden spots appear.
Serve warm — great with hummus, eggs, or as a sandwich wrap!
