Egg and Chicken Macaroni Pasta Bake

Cook the macaroni in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the onion in olive oil until soft and golden. Add the minced chicken, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until the chicken is fully done and lightly browned.

In a large bowl, mix the cooked pasta with the chicken mixture.

Whisk the eggs with the cream or milk and a bit of salt and pepper.

Layer the mixture into a greased baking dish. Pour the egg mixture evenly on top.

Sprinkle with cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 25–30 minutes, or until golden and set.

Garnish with chopped parsley before serving, if desired.
