Effortless Way to Restore Your Burnt Iron Soleplate Without Chemicals

Make a paste by mixing baking soda with a small amount of water until it reaches a spreadable consistency.

Unplug the iron and ensure it is completely cool before starting.

Spread the baking soda paste evenly over the burnt areas of the soleplate.

Allow the paste to sit for about 10–15 minutes to loosen the burnt residue.

Using a soft cloth or toothbrush, gently scrub the soleplate in circular motions to lift off the burnt spots.

For stubborn stains, lightly dampen the cloth with white vinegar and continue scrubbing.

Wipe the soleplate clean with a damp cloth to remove all paste and residue.

Dry the soleplate thoroughly with a dry cloth before using the iron again.
