In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and yeast.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and place it in the refrigerator.
Let it rest for 12–24 hours.
After resting, dust your hands and work surface with flour.
Shape the dough into a round or oval loaf.
Let it rise on a parchment-lined tray for 45–60 minutes.
Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
Place a small oven-safe dish with water in the oven for steam.
Bake the bread for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown and crusty.
