1 cup (250 ml) milk (dairy or plant-based)
½ tsp ground turmeric
¼ tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
A pinch of black pepper (boosts turmeric absorption)
1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
How to Make
Heat milk in a small saucepan until warm (not boiling).
Stir in turmeric, cinnamon, and black pepper.
Simmer gently for 3–5 minutes while stirring.
Remove from heat, let cool slightly, and add honey if using.
Sip slowly before bed.
