Arrange the coated salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding.
Cook for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway through, until the coating is golden and the salmon is cooked through.
Serve hot with lemon wedges and a sprinkle of fresh parsley if desired.
