Creamy Yogurt and Potato Bake: Simple and Delicious

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Peel and thinly slice the potatoes.

In a bowl, mix the yogurt, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Layer half of the sliced potatoes in a greased baking dish.

Spread half of the yogurt mixture evenly over the potatoes.

Add the remaining potatoes on top and pour the rest of the yogurt mixture over them.

Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden.

Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
