Chocolate Biscuit Cake with Pistachio Cream Filling

Step 1: Prepare the Biscuit Mixture
Crush the biscuits roughly (not into powder, keep some chunks).

In a large bowl, mix the crushed biscuits with melted butter and cocoa powder until evenly coated.

Step 2: Make the Pistachio Cream
In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.

Add powdered sugar, ground pistachios, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

Gently fold in the whipped cream until combined and fluffy.

Step 3: Assemble the Cake
Press half of the biscuit mixture firmly into a lined cake pan (springform or loaf pan).

Spread the pistachio cream evenly over the biscuit layer.

Top with the remaining biscuit mixture and press gently.

Step 4: Chill
Refrigerate the cake for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
