Ingredients
2 packs of biscuits (about 300 g total, any tea biscuit brand)
3 tablespoons melted butter
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
For the Pistachio Cream Filling:
200 g cream cheese (softened)
100 g powdered sugar
100 g shelled pistachios (finely ground)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
100 ml heavy cream (whipped)
