Cabbage and Zucchini Pancake

In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage and grated zucchini.

Add salt to taste and mix well.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Take a handful of the vegetable mixture and form a flat pancake shape.

Place the pancake in the pan and cook for about 3–4 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.

Repeat with the remaining mixture.

Serve warm.
