1 dried sprig of rosemary (or a small bundle)
A fireproof dish, shell, or incense holder
A lighter or match

How to Burn Rosemary Safely
Place the rosemary in your fireproof dish.
Light the tip of the sprig and let it catch fire briefly.
Blow out the flame gently — it should now smolder and release smoke.
Let it smolder for 5–10 minutes in a safe space (avoid drafty areas).
Move the dish gently around your home if you wish to "smoke cleanse" different rooms.
