BAKED CHICKEN PASTA

Cook the Pasta: Boil pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Chicken & Veggies: In a large pan, heat olive oil. Add onions and cook until soft. Add chicken strips, paprika, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook until chicken is golden. Add mushrooms and cook until tender.

Prepare the Sauce: Add cream to the chicken mixture and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.

Combine: Add cooked pasta to the sauce and mix until well coated.

Bake: Transfer to a greased baking dish, sprinkle cheeses on top, and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 15–20 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle fresh parsley on top and serve hot.
