Apple & Yogurt Baked Oatmeal

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a small bowl, mix yogurt and baking powder. Let sit while you prepare the rest.

In a blender, combine apple, water, eggs, vanilla, and mashed banana. Blend until smooth.

In a large bowl, combine oats, sweetener, cranberries, and almonds.

Pour in the blended mixture and the yogurt base. Stir well.

Pour into a greased or lined baking dish.

Bake for 30–35 minutes or until golden and set.

Let cool slightly before slicing.
