Ingredients
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup fresh aloe vera gel (from the leaf)
300 ml water or coconut water
Juice of half a lemon or lime
Honey or stevia to taste (optional)
How to Make
Soak chia seeds in water for 10–15 minutes until gel-like.
Blend aloe vera gel, lemon juice, and water or coconut water until smooth.
Mix in the soaked chia seeds.
Sweeten if desired and serve chilled.
