Vegan Cauliflower Cutlets

Introduction
These vegan cauliflower cutlets are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and bursting with flavor. They make a perfect meatless main dish or a satisfying snack. Best of all, they’re quick, easy, and made with wholesome ingredients!

Ingredients
1 medium head of cauliflower

½ cup chickpea flour (or all-purpose flour)

¼ cup cornstarch

½ cup water (adjust as needed for batter consistency)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon turmeric

Salt & pepper to taste

1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)

2–3 tablespoons olive oil (for pan-frying)
