Ingredients:
1 medium head of cabbage
50 ml olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
Ground black pepper to taste
Red pepper to taste
How to make:
Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage and cut it into thin strips.
Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add the cabbage strips to the pan and sauté for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally until the cabbage softens and slightly caramelizes.
Season with salt, ground black pepper, and red pepper to taste.
