In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream using an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
In a separate bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until smooth.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture, taking care not to deflate the cream. Mix until well combined and creamy.
Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and spread evenly.
Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until firm.
