Nostalgic 80s & 90s Colorful Gelatin Dessert

Pour 500 ml of water into a pot and bring it to a gentle boil.

In a bowl, sprinkle the gelatin powder over 500 ml of cold water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.

Stir the bloomed gelatin into the hot water until fully dissolved.

Add sugar and stir until dissolved.

Divide the gelatin mixture into separate bowls according to how many colors you want.

Add a few drops of food coloring to each bowl and mix well.

Pour each colored gelatin layer into a mold or a clear dish, one at a time. Let each layer set in the fridge for about 30 minutes before adding the next color.

Repeat until all colors are layered.

Chill fully for at least 3 hours or overnight until firm.

Slice and serve chilled for a nostalgic taste of the 80s!
