Boil 2 cups of water in a pot. Add black tea leaves or tea bags and let steep for 10 minutes. Strain and keep the tea aside once cooled.
In a small pan, heat coconut or sesame oil gently. Add curry leaves and fenugreek seeds; sauté for a few minutes until fragrant.
Mix amla powder and bhringraj powder (if using) with the cooled tea to form a smooth paste.
Combine the sautéed oil mixture with the tea and powder paste. Stir well to form a consistent hair mask.
How to use:
Apply the mixture evenly onto clean, damp hair, focusing on gray areas.
Massage gently into the scalp to improve blood circulation.
Leave on for 1 to 2 hours.
Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Avoid shampooing immediately after application for best absorption.
Use 2 to 3 times a week for gradual, natural darkening of hair.
