5–6 cloves of garlic (peeled and crushed)
1/4 cup mustard oil or coconut oil
1 teaspoon turmeric powder (optional, for extra anti-inflammatory power)
Preparation Steps:
Heat the oil in a small pan on low heat.
Add the crushed garlic cloves and let them simmer until golden brown (do not burn).
Stir in turmeric powder for enhanced anti-inflammatory effects.
Remove from heat and cool down.
Strain the oil and store it in a clean glass bottle.
