Ingredients:
For Massage Oil:
5 cloves of garlic (crushed)
1 teaspoon whole cloves (or ½ teaspoon ground cloves)
½ cup olive oil or coconut oil
For Tea:
2 cloves of garlic (crushed)
4–5 whole cloves
2 cups water
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
How to make:
Massage Oil:
Warm the oil gently over low heat (do not boil).
Add crushed garlic and cloves and let the mixture infuse for about 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Strain and store the oil in a glass jar.
Tea:
Bring water to a boil.
Add crushed garlic and whole cloves, then simmer for 10 minutes.
Strain the tea, add honey if desired, and drink warm.
