How to Use Activated Charcoal to Remove Plaque and Tartar Naturally

Wet your toothbrush with water to help the charcoal powder adhere to the bristles.

Dip the damp toothbrush lightly into the activated charcoal powder, coating the bristles with a small amount.

Brush your teeth gently using small circular motions, focusing on areas with plaque and tartar buildup. Avoid harsh scrubbing to protect your enamel. Continue brushing for 2-3 minutes to allow the charcoal to work.

Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water to remove all charcoal residue, repeating rinsing if necessary until the black color is gone.

Brush again with your regular toothpaste to remove any remaining charcoal and to freshen your breath.
