Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss potato fries with 1 tbsp olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

Season steak strips with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Slice sausages and set aside with onion rings.

Heat grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high. Brush with remaining 1 tbsp olive oil. Grill steak strips 3–4 minutes per side. Add sausage slices and onion rings; grill 5–7 minutes until charred and tender.
4. Assemble the Platter:
Arrange grilled steak, sausages, and onions on a large plate. Add crispy fries on the side.
