Grilled Lamb Chops with Mac and Cheese & Glazed Carrots

4 large carrots, peeled and thickly sliced

2 tbsp butter

1 tbsp brown sugar

1 tbsp honey

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

How to Make
Prepare the Lamb Chops
In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Coat lamb chops in the marinade and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
Grill lamb chops 4–5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer for desired doneness. Let rest before serving.

Make the Mac and Cheese
Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a saucepan, melt butter and whisk in flour. Cook for 1–2 minutes.
Slowly add milk, whisking constantly until thickened (4–5 minutes).
Stir in cheeses until melted. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Mix in the cooked pasta and stir to coat.
