Golden Vegetable and Mozzarella Bake Delight

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs until smooth. Add olive oil, milk, salt, dried garlic, basil, and black pepper. Mix well.

Stir in the flour and baking powder until you get a lump-free batter.

Fold in the chopped vegetables and shredded mozzarella.

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth out the top.

Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
