Introduction:
This creamy chicken bacon ranch pasta combines tender chicken, crispy bacon, and a rich ranch-flavored sauce with melted cheddar cheese. It's a comforting, flavorful dish perfect for a family dinner or when you want something hearty yet easy to prepare.
Ingredients:
1½ cups cheddar cheese, shredded
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
3 tablespoons flour
2 cups cooked pasta (your choice)
1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or diced
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 cups milk
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon garlic powder
How to Make:
Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and whisk to form a roux, cooking for about 1-2 minutes.
Gradually whisk in milk, continuing until sauce thickens.
Add cheddar cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; stir until cheese melts and sauce is smooth.
Stir in cooked chicken and bacon, then add cooked pasta; toss to coat evenly.
Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
