Peel and chop the chayote into small pieces.
Boil the chayote in 1 liter of water for about 20 minutes until tender.
Allow the mixture to cool slightly.
Blend the cooked chayote with the cooking water until smooth.
Optionally, add a little lemon juice or honey to enhance flavor.
